The simplest and most delicious recipe that both kids and adults love. It’s important to pre-boil the potatoes before putting them in the oven; otherwise, they won’t cook at the same time as the sausages, frankfurters, hot dogs, or other types of sausage and will remain undercooked. Potatoes with sausages are baked in the oven for 40 minutes.

Delicious golden roasted potatoes with garlic and cherry tomatoes, baked in the oven.

Oven-Baked Potatoes with Sausages
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 350 gr sausages or frankfurters
- 100 gr cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 ml dry white wine
- olive oil
- salt
- rosemary
- water
Instructions
- First, place a large pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and add them to the boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes, then drain the potatoes in a colander.

- Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Add the parboiled potatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half (or leave them whole, if you prefer) and add them to the dish. Cut the sausages into pieces about 3–5 cm long and add them as well. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano or rosemary, and tuck 4–5 garlic cloves between the potato pieces.

- Drizzle everything with a few tablespoons of olive oil and place the dish in the oven. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Then remove the dish from the oven and lightly drizzle the potatoes with white wine — this will help create a crispy crust.

- Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (390°F) and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the potatoes reach your desired level of golden crispiness.
